REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (if applicable).
• Prior experience in [industry, e.g., immigration services, finance, etc.] is a plus.

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.
• Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Handle customer inquiries and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends.
