About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned MEP Project Manager to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) operations within our construction projects based in Dubai. The candidate should have hands-on experience managing MEP works from pre-construction through commissioning, ensuring timely delivery within budget, and maintaining the highest quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all MEP activities on-site, ensuring alignment with the overall construction schedule.
• Review and manage technical submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs; ensure approvals and compliance with project specs.
• Monitor and control budgets, BOQs, and variations.
• Maintain procurement and ensure timely availability of materials, plant, and equipment.
• Oversee commissioning, snagging, testing, and final handover phases.
• Conduct regular site inspections to enforce quality, safety (HSE), and local regulatory compliance.
• Manage and supervise MEP team members and subcontractors; conduct coordination meetings.
• Maintain documentation: progress reports, schedules, commissioning records, correspondence.
• Liaise with contractors, clients, consultants, local authorities (DM, DEWA), and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in MEP project management within the construction sector, ideally in Dubai or the broader Middle East Indeed.
