Engage with a range of business and technology stakeholders involved in all aspects of Portfolio Planning and Delivery, with a focus on flawless execution and value creation. Facilitate the process for submission and approval of Technology Investment Business Cases, ensuring appropriate funding and benefits tracking at the portfolio level. Produce management information (MI) and reporting, managing portfolio wide interdependencies, risks, and issues. Oversee the operational allocation of technology resources across the group and its business verticals, optimizing the delivery of technology initiatives in collaboration with Senior Executives. Develop and maintain the strategic governance framework, ensuring compliance with IT controls and standards. Manage key risks and controls, ensuring they remain within the Group's tolerance levels. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of technology initiatives and investments. Oversee relationships with key technology vendors and service providers, ensuring contractual obligations are met and the organization receives optimal value from its investments.
