Manage Supplier Relationship Globally. Perform commercial supplier qualification activities to ensure the commercial development of strategic suppliers. Apply cost models for assigned categories that are benchmarked and relevant to the global marketplace. Coordinate with Category Sourcing Manager (where relevant) or lead sourcing events/RFQ process into bundled negotiation. Develop a contract strategy for suppliers in assigned categories and build, negotiate, supervise and implement contracted terms and conditions. Collaborate internally to drive and develop key performance measures/metrics for Strategic Suppliers and supervise supplier performance against these expectations to ensure continuous supplier improvement. 1. Tracking supplier performance to FEPRO cost savings metrics; 2. 3. Presenting results of supplier H2Hs and business awards to executive management team; 4. Partnering with OCT team and FAB site procurement teams to align supplier performance; 5. Leading and coordinating supplier strategic meetings and events (ERM, EST, Supplier Roadshow).
