Collaborate with vendors and integrators for installations, upgrades, and advanced troubleshooting. Document AV configurations and processes; stay current with emerging AV and GenAI technologies. 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting AV systems and conference room technology, including Zoom Rooms and coordinated AV control systems. Solid grasp of AV networking concepts such as TCP/IP, VLANs, Dante, and AV-over-IP. Skilled in interpreting AV system diagrams and schematics for troubleshooting and setup. Superb communication and interpersonal skills, especially in executive-level support scenarios. Capable of lifting and maneuvering AV equipment and displays (typically up to 50 lbs).
