The Admissions Representative is responsible for all recruiting functions and for promoting Northbridge University as a school of choice to interested candidates.  Additionally, the Representative generates prospective inquiries by attending various events and ensuring candidates are properly informed about courses and choices. Work Location: Kissimmee Campus - This position is 100% onsite. Work-from-home is not available for this position. Hourly Pay - $21.61 Minimum Requirements: * Available to start on Monday, June 15th, 2026. * A completed Associate's degree or higher is required. * Bilingual in Spanish and English (written, read, and verbal). * Must be able to thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy call center environment. * Experience working in a metrics-driven or customer service environment. * All degrees must be from institutions accredited by regional or national accrediting bodies approved by the U.S. Department of Education.  * Foreign transcripts may be acceptable in some cases and require a translation and evaluation of equivalency to U.S. degrees by a recognized agency. * Ability to work extended hours (which will include evenings and Saturdays), in order to meet business objectives.
