Regularly prepare and publish quality metric data. Report weekly and monthly quality metrics Maintain site(s) specific process artifacts if relevant Demonstrate compliance with the relevant HQ process and procedures Be aware of customer requirements as agreed and approved by the process owner and communicated in the BPR Understand process risks and opportunities assessment, and monitor treatments as required Coordinate audit logistics under direction from the SLPO and SLPS Engage closely with quality and reliability teams to ensure outgoing product quality. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials Science, or a related field of study. A master's degree is an added advantage. 5+ years' experience in Semiconductor component assembly & Test or Surface-Mount Technology industry as a product engineer or Quality engineer Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and multitask to coordinate multiple issues within a given time frame. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Good presentation and report summarizing skills to deliver key messages efficiently to the audience Proficient in quality processes and procedures, including Control Plan, SPC, FMEA, and 8D methodology.
