Overview Element has an opportunity for eight seasonal Associate Test Technicians to join our rapidly expanding team. Element is a test facility for wireless device certification, conducting regulatory and conformance testing for network test services. As a member of the Over-The-Air (OTA) team at our San Jose, CA lab, the Associate Test Technician position performs a variety of routine and non-routine testing assignments within the department assigned and insures timely and accurate test results under direct supervision.
