The Analyst will have a combination of systems knowledge including: SAP, BW, Vena, Power BI. Responsibilities include cost accounting and FP&A activities. The Analyst will work closely with the business teams to achieve desired performance goals. You will make an impact in this role by: Perform periodic financial analyses, review, investigate and explain financial results on a routine basis to support business including sales, margins, fixed costs, inventory, etc. Perform financial forecasting for one or multiple divisions. Review and compare assigned business' operating profit and loss results to established plans, standard costs, and previous actuals. Advanced development, assessment, and maintenance of cost accounting framework (policy development, system execution, assessment of labor and overhead rates to ensure proper absorption of cost activities, etc.). Using system tools to build financial models for reporting and analyses needs, creating presentations for knowledge sharing and financial discussion sessions. Ad hoc financial analysis for HYDAC business units or corporate activities as required.
