Job Description: Support the departmental goal of sound asset management and statutory compliance through strict control and timely settlement of the company’s accounts payable. Provide accurate financial reports through timely recording of assigned journal entries and analysis thereof. Completion of assigned tasks as per defined and agreed timeline. Manage MPHIL1 routing approvals and sending non-PO invoices to Shared AP Services for posting (utilities, tempo billing and other check request) Validate invoices, perform regular supplier document and physical check of vendor-safeguarded company property for MPHIL1 Handles or redirect inquiries / concerns from Vendors, Shared AP Services and Receiving (through email & phone calls) Print and forward of BIR 2307 (per vendor request) Requirements/Qualifications: Process weekly payment for PHP invoices Handle AP-related accruals journal entry preparation and posting (AP unposted invoices, utilities, facilities bldg. maintenance, tempo etc.) Prepare Accounts Payable-related balance sheet reconciliations Prepares monthly accrual analysis Prepares account reconciliations and ensures these are tallied to the GL balances.
