La figura selezionata supporterà le attività quotidiane amministrative e commerciali, con focus sulla gestione delle offerte, delle comunicazioni e delle trattative con clienti e fornitori. Attività: Gestione delle offerte e aggiornamento continuo delle condizioni contrattuali Contatto via e-mail con fornitori e clienti per rispondere a richieste e inviare documentazione Elaborazione di preventivi personalizzati, assicurandosi che siano chiari e completi Organizzazione delle pratiche amministrative in supporto al team commerciale Monitoraggio delle richieste e gestione della relativa documentazione interna Requisiti richiesti: Diploma di scuola superiore (preferibile indirizzo commerciale o economico) Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel per la gestione dei dati Doti comunicative e relazionali, con un'ottima capacità di interfacciarsi con clienti e fornitori Capacità organizzative e precisione nel gestire più attività contemporaneamente Affidabilità, attitudine al lavoro di squadra e orientamento agli obiettivi Offerta e benefit: Contratto a tempo determinato di 6 mesi, con possibilità di rinnovo Orario full-time (dal lunedì al venerdì) Affiancamento operativo Benefit aziendali per migliorare il benessere lavorativo
