New Era Technology is seeking a four (4) highly skilled Network Engineer to lead the development and deployment of cloud-onramp infrastructure across the Asia region. This strategic initiative aims to streamline connectivity between data centers and cloud providers, reducing provisioning lead times and enhancing scalability. This is a hands-on, project-focused role with no direct reports, ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in cloud networking, data center design, and cross-functional collaboration. This role will be dedicated to a client of New Era Technology Key Responsibilities Network Infrastructure Design & Planning Develop technical specifications, topology diagrams, and implementation plans for DMZ, Colo, and DC deployments. Project Execution & Implementation Coordinate installations with global teams, configure routers, switches, and firewalls, and manage vendor relationships and cabling infrastructure. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with senior network leads and project managers, provide updates, and serve as the technical point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle. Testing & Quality Assurance Execute test plans, validate performance and resilience, and ensure systems meet SLA requirements before handover. Documentation & Knowledge Transfer Produce detailed documentation and conduct handover sessions with operations teams for seamless transition to ongoing support.
