Create and present financial models and reports. Continuously monitor cost of services and perform Total Cost of Ownership studies. Lead technical and financial analysis to help Business and Product Owners determine the impact of cloud hosting by identifying cost savings design options and usage trends that impact projected spending. Maintain current knowledge of relevant AWS optimization techniques, best practices, policies, and procedures to share in meetings with NIAID leadership, product teams, and infrastructure engineers. Help develop the billing and analytics engines of the centralized decision-making portal. The likely salary range for this position is $97,968 - $132,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
