Actualmente estamos llevando a cabo un proceso de selección para una posición de Administrativo/a para dar soporte al departamento técnico de Ensayos de materiales de nuestro laboratorio. Responsabilidades Como miembro del equipo de ensayos de materiales realizarás una variedad de tareas de gestión de documentación de los ensayos realizados en el laboratorio. Entre tus principales funciones, estarán: - Supervisar los materiales recibidos y su documentación anexa. - Introducir en el sistema informático los materiales y crear la orden de trabajo. - Preparar y gestionar pedidos de tareas subcontratadas a otros proveedores. - Preparar documentación e informes de resultados. - Enviar los informes validados de resultados a los clientes. - Revisar pautas de ensayo sencillas. - Clasificar y organizar materiales ensayados. - Cumplir las normas de seguridad y calidad en todo momento, según lo establecido en las políticas de seguridad y calidad de la compañía. Habilidades / calificaciones Para la posición, se requiere: - Título de enseñanza secundaria o de formación profesional. - Experiencia mínima de 2 años en tareas de soporte administrativo en áreas técnicas en empresas del sector industrial o similar. - Experiencia trabajando en inglés y/o demostrada capacidad para la redacción y comprensión de correspondencia por correo electrónico en inglés de manera efectiva. - Manejo de Microsoft Office. - Dominio avanzado en gestión de bases de datos. - Capacidad analítica y atención al detalle, asegurando precisión en la revisión y procesamiento de datos. - Organización y minuciosidad en la ejecución de tareas.
