This is a quota-carrying position that requires a hands-on, strategic leader with experience in working with the DMR Channel, understanding technical products, and utilizing business tools like CRM, SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite to optimize sales processes and drive business results. As a DMR Manager at IOGEAR, you will work closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with corporate goals, identify sales opportunities, and provide exceptional support to key accounts. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day relationships with our DMR Partners, increasing sales performance, and ensuring that IOGEAR's products are positioned effectively in the marketplace. Duties and Responsibilities Account Management: Lead sales initiatives with strategic accounts such as CDW, Insight, Zones, HP, and Dell, ensuring consistent sales growth, customer satisfaction, and partner engagement. Quota Achievement: Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas for assigned accounts, ensuring aggressive revenue and margin goals are met. Technical Sales Expertise: Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to help customers understand IOGEAR solutions, positioning them as the optimal choice in connectivity solutions. Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key account contacts, including sales teams, buyers, and product managers, to strengthen IOGEAR’s market position. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth, including targeted promotions, product launches, and joint marketing efforts.
