Coordinate engineering efforts across contractors, government agencies, and test ranges to support flight test operations. Provide technical input for acquisition planning, requirements development, and risk assessments. Prepare and deliver technical reports, design reviews, and briefings to MDA leadership and stakeholders. BA/BS Degree with 20+ years of relevant experience, or Master's in STEM with 12+ years. Extensive background in missile system development, test and evaluation, and targets/countermeasures. Direct experience supporting Missile Defense Agency (MDA) programs such as THAAD or related efforts. Strong understanding of missile propulsion, structures, and flight dynamics. Proven ability to perform engineering analysis, design review, and technical oversight. Experience interfacing with suppliers and conducting production audits or quality assessments.
