Description

A GLOBAL LEADER IN THE MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY WORLD IS LOOKING FOR A CNC MACHINIST WITH PRECISION GRINDING EXPERIENCE TO JOIN THEIR GROWING TEAM. THIS IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO WORK WITH A COMPANY THAT PROVIDES SPECIALTY MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS FOR SOME OF THE WORLD’S MOST COMPLEX MEDICAL DEVICES!

Pay: $30-$37/hr
Schedule: M-F Full time; (Both 2nd and 3rd shifts available!)
Location: Rahway, NJ

Responsibilities

  • Program, set up, and operate precision grinding machines.
  • Interpret detailed part drawings and turn them into accurate components.
  • Perform basic tool changes and adjustments to meet production specs and timing.
  • Inspect parts using various measurement tools (both contact and non-contact).
  • Assist in developing tooling and gauges for complex parts.
  • Troubleshoot during setup and production runs to meet cycle time goals.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience with precision machining or centerless grinding machines
  • Industry background in aerospace, medical device, or automotive manufacturing strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with Wire EDM, multi-axis CNC milling, and CNC lathes
