You will work closely with the business leaders, talent acquisition and HR people partners teams to be a trusted advisor on compensation-related matters, to drive competitiveness and fair pay practices. What you’ll do Partner with HR People Partners and Finance to drive the annual pay review process, ensuring alignment with Bitpanda’s pay-for-impact and fair pay philosophy. Own and maintain global compensation structures, salary ranges, job catalogues, and benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness. Lead the design, implementation, and administration of equity-based compensation schemes (e.g. Stock Option Plans) aligned with business growth and strategic goals. Shape and optimise sales incentive programs and communication strategies to promote transparency and reward understanding across the business. Develop analytics and dashboards to monitor internal pay equity, gather real-time market intelligence, and prepare for the European Pay Transparency Directive.
