A Brief Overview Production Supervisors are responsible for directly overseeing a team of associates and/or technicians who are accountable for meeting customer demands. Sets and delegates day-to-day tasks to achieve operational objectives. Responsibilities include leading, developing, providing training/direction, coaching, and assessing team members, scheduling resources to meet deadlines, and monitoring production and work quality and coach on performance.
