Application Services cover four areas: Applications Development; Applications Modernization and Transformation; Testing and Digital Assurance; Applications Management Responsibilities: Designs, develops, executes business and technical software solutions in order to implement portions of new or enhanced (upgrades or conversions). Understands and uses appropriate solutions/tools to analyze, identify, and resolve business and or technical problems.
