Work with test equipment suppliers to understand test equipment architectures, hardware, software and interface capabilities that can fulfill technical requirements. Work with colleagues in Operations to improve manufacturing master data tooling. Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in semiconductor test engineering within a development and/or manufacturing environment. Knowledge and experience with semiconductor automated test equipment(ATE) from market leading suppliers Knowledge of wafer probers and package test handlers from market leading suppliers Experience with Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and Excel.
