Architect and deliver scalable, high-performance systems that improve merchant onboarding, engagement, and loyalty. Foster a culture of technical excellence through code reviews, best practices, and modern software engineering principles. Who You Are 5+ years of software engineering experience, with strong proficiency in Golang, and 3+ years leading engineering teams. Deep understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and performance. Experience designing and operating microservices, with a strong grasp of Event Sourcing. Comfortable working in Kubernetes and modern cloud environments (AWS / GCP). Experience partnering closely with Product to own a domain end-to-end.
