What You’ll Do as a Small Business Healthcare Consultant: Generate leads by leveraging industry knowledge and experience. Track and manage the complete lead journey from initiation to close. Guide businesses through the enrollment process, addressing questions and ensuring confidence in our plan. Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance brokers to support nationwide product sales. What We’re Looking For: Arizona health insurance license required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Adaptability in a dynamic, evolving environment. Prior experience with a sales CRM (HubSpot preferred). Ability to learn sales software platforms (Ring Central, Employee Navigator). 1-2 years of experience in the health insurance industry selling group healthcare benefits. 2-3 years of sales experience.
