The role involves planning and facilitating both individual and group therapy programs, monitoring and evaluating consumer progress, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary Allied Health team, the Creative Arts Therapist will support consumers to achieve their recovery goals while contributing to quality improvement initiatives and service development activities that promote best-practice care. The position also requires maintaining professional, ethical, and organisational standards, engaging in clinical supervision, and participating in ongoing professional development to enhance service outcomes.
