Opportunity exists for a permanent full time Clinical Dietitian (Level 1/2) at Royal North Shore Hospital (RNSH). In addition, we will be making an eligibility list for further temporary positions available within the department. People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Employment Type: Temporary Full Time role until 30 June 2027 (with possibility of ongoing employment) and a Permanent Full time role available.

The position is required to be part of the face to face 7-day Clinical Dietitian service inclusive of weekends and public holidays as rostered with working hours of 0830-1700. This position may also be required to work periods of time as Tuesday-Saturday to assist with additional support for the weekend roster. The weekday hours of work are 0800-1630 or 0830-1700, as well as participation in the ‘late shift’ roster with hours of 0830-1700 to support departmental technical staff. The Clinical Dietitian provides a high quality Nutrition and Dietetics service to allocated clinical areas. As a key member of the healthcare team, the Clinical Dietitian is an advocate for nutrition services. The Nutrition and Dietetics service provides a comprehensive range of nutrition services including inpatients, outpatients, ambulatory care and community consumers according to endorsed standards of practice, policy and procedure.
