EXPERIENCE YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:

• 5+ years of experience working with Apex, Salesforce’s proprietary programming language.
• 5+ years of experience with Visualforce and Lightning Components (Aura/LWC)
• 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules
• 4+ years of experience working with declarative tools (Process Builder, Flows, Validation Rules)
• 4+ years of experience with Salesforce deployment tools (Change Sets, SFDX, Metadata API)
• 4+ years of experience with source management tools including GitLab, TFS, Harness, Jenkins and ability to resolve architectural problems including scalability, performance, reliability, usability & security
• 1+ years of experience working with Fiserv systems

EXPERIENCE THAT WOULD BE GREAT TO HAVE:

• Knowledge of integration patterns and external system connectivity
• Writing unit tests in Apex
• Familiarity with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Metadata)
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence
• Use of scripting, DevOps practices including CI/CD processes, containerization
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and a motivation to achieve best-in-class results

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

• Analyze technical and business procedures and assist in the development of detailed specifications from which programs will be written.
• Develop, code, test, debug, maintain, modify, and install computer software.
• Support our development and deployments that are utilized by internal and external customers.
• Work closely with the product, service, resource vendors, and peer application development teams to deliver quality Contact Service Technology applications following established distributed standards and guidelines.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead in developing complex applications based upon technical and functional specifications.
• Solve production issues and determine root cause.
• Assist in the development of applications adhering to technical and functional standards.
• Under limited direction, research, define, & complete required additions and changes to Contact Service Technology applications.
• Under limited direction, analyze technical specifications for creation of new or enhancing existing applications for compatibility with other systems.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions and technical discussions and demonstrate the ability to assist in translating ideas into technical designs.
