Job Description As a Team Lead Mechanical Assembly at Vention… You'll drive the quality strategy for Vention’s electrical products, ensuring reliability, safety, and consistency across our rapidly scaling automation platform. What You’ll Do You’ll lead root-cause investigations for electrical product quality issues, ensuring rapid resolution and long-term corrective actions. You’ll design and execute test plans, validation protocols, and reliability programs for new and existing products. You’ll collaborate with Engineering to improve product specifications, strengthen designs, and support continuous improvement. You’ll partner with Manufacturing and Supply Chain to monitor supplier performance, evaluate quality metrics, and implement preventive measures.
