Roles & Responsibilities Ensure all engineering work and maintenance of gas/chemical related equipment run smoothly. Prepare work procedures for all engineering works (maintenance, ad-hoc, CIP). Update and maintain all maintenance records, monthly maintenance and engineering report. Perform off-duty standby backup work. Duty roster scheduling and maintain operational discipline. Perform installation and maintenance of gas supply system. Perform cylinder change for gas systems and daily logging of gas supply systems. Perform preventive maintenance on gas supply systems to ensure operations at tip-top condition Inventory control for gas cylinders and spare parts. Perform chemical waste collection duties (including tote / drum changeout for chemical waste systems) Understand and comply with government regulations. Attend to emergency at all times and perform off-duty standby backup work. Ensure maintenance is carried out safely and adhere to operating procedures.
