Who You Are Automate data ingestion and processing pipelines to support real-time performance monitoring and CX analytics, reducing manual effort and improving insight velocity. Maintain and evolve diagnostic platforms that enable root cause analysis of network-related CX issues, integrating data from multiple sources including OSS, CEM, and customer feedback systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. IT, Data Science, Network Operations) to ensure tools are interoperable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
