The role will be multi-facetted including: Being an influential leader within our organisation, as the most senior Structural Engineer within our London Science & Pharma team. Project / Programme Lead for projects in our portfolio. Leading/Structural discipline lead on large multi-disciplinary project teams, supported by Project and Design Managers, to an agreed revenue target and profitability. Building and maintaining trusting relationships with existing and future clients, collaborators and colleagues. Raising Ramboll’s profile and reputation through networking and B2B’s. Identifying, tracking and pursuing opportunities within the sector, with a focus on the London market. Participating in and where required managing tenders or proposals. Contributing with industry best practice and client insights in the bidding, winning and execution of projects. Coaching, mentoring and supporting the development of our teams’ sector capabilities.
