Las decisiones difíciles, complejas o inusuales generalmente se remiten a miembros de disciplina más experimentados como ingenieros, sobre quienes recae toda la responsabilidad del diseño, incluyendo el gerente de la disciplina. • Trabajar de forma autónoma permitiendo la planificación y organización de tareas en proyectos asignados, puede recibir orientación técnica autoiniciada por su supervisor, con una revisión semanal o mensual, bajo el contexto de que su trabajo no es revisado en detalle considerando su experiencia.
