JOB SUMMARY

The Global Content & Digital Manager will lead and execute the global digital marketing and content strategy across multiple regions. This role will be responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and lead generation across digital platforms for the portfolio of products. With a strong understanding of B2B marketing in regulated industries, exceptional English language and writing skills, and a proven track record of delivering integrated campaigns the Global Content & Digital Manager supports the commercial goals in both mature and emerging markets

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital and content marketing, preferably in the medical device, pharma or healthcare industry, international marketing experience is a plus
  • Experience partnering with regional sales and distribution networks in NA, EMEA, APAC, LATAM
  • Proven ability to develop and write content across various digital formats and platforms
  • Demonstrated success managing international campaigns in a matrixed environment
  • Hands-on experience with digital tools (e.g., WordPress, Salesforce)
  • Exceptional project management, collaboration, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Understanding of privacy and data regulations
  • Fluent in English, strong writing skills with experience crafting content for clinical and commercial audiences.; additional languages (e.g., German, Spanish, French) are beneficial
