You will lead configuration management across a major nuclear new build programme, shaping how technical baselines are defined, controlled and governed. Working across engineering, programme and supply chain teams, you will ensure configuration arrangements support effective decision-making and project delivery. Deliver and integrate programme-specific Configuration Management Plans Define, implement and improve CM standards, procedures and tools Control configuration items and product configuration information consistently Establish baselines, manage change and produce configuration status reports Plan and perform configuration audits supporting governance requirements Lead CM change control processes through governance to closure Provide training, coaching and mentoring on configuration management Support data-centric configuration control across engineering datasets Qualifications Nuclear experience is not essential, but is of course welcome.
