Description du poste Votre future équipe Rattaché(e) au Responsable d’Activité, vous prenez la responsabilité opérationnelle d’un plateau de conception mécanique regroupant ingénieurs, techniciens, dessinateurs/projeteurs et spécialistes. Vous jouez un rôle clé dans la coordination technique, la gestion des charges, l'animation du plateau et la qualité des livrables produits pour les projets qui vous sont confiés. Votre mission : garantir la performance technique et organisationnelle du plateau mécanique, tout en soutenant les projets dans leurs phases de conception et de développement. Au sein de l’équipe, vos missions seront de : Management opérationnel du plateau 🔹 Organiser, structurer et piloter le fonctionnement du plateau mécanique. 🔹 Assurer la répartition de la charge, la planification des activités et la disponibilité des ressources. 🔹 Animer les rituels d’équipe (briefs quotidiens, réunions techniques, revues d’avancement). 🔹 Favoriser un environnement collaboratif et maintenir un haut niveau d’efficacité collective. Coordination technique et supervision des études 🔹 Encadrer et accompagner les équipes dans la réalisation des études mécaniques, depuis les études d’esquisse jusqu'aux études détaillées. 🔹 Garantir la cohérence technique des livrables du plateau : modèles 3D, plans, notes de calcul, dossiers techniques… 🔹 Apporter votre expertise pour orienter les choix techniques, arbitrer les solutions et valider les conceptions. 🔹 S’assurer de la bonne prise en compte des exigences : sûreté, maintenance, exploitation, fabrication, montage. Interface avec les chefs de projet et les autres disciplines 🔹 Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les Chefs de Projet, pour comprendre les besoins, planifier et ajuster les priorités. 🔹 Assurer la communication continue avec les autres disciplines (électrique, génie civil, SDF, procédés…). 🔹 Représenter le plateau mécanique lors des réunions projet, revues de conception, comités techniques. Qualité, méthodes et amélioration continue 🔹 Mettre en place, suivre et améliorer les processus, standards et bonnes pratiques de conception mécanique. 🔹 Garantir le respect des normes, référentiels et règles métiers propres au domaine (nucléaire, industriel…). 🔹 Conduire des actions d’amélioration continue : capitalisation, REX, standardisation, automatisation des tâches récurrentes.
