Reporting directly to the Group Vice President, Global Procurement, this leader will build an organization that will enable execution of the strategy built by this leader. This role will be a key member of the Global Materials Procurement Leadership Team (GMPLT). The successful candidate will take along partner functions and people and will lead across highly complex global programs to achieve desired outcomes that truly position procurement as a value creator vs. just being a cost cutter. Critical Objectives: The Senior Director of Global Indirect Procurement will play a pivotal role in developing and executing procurement strategies to optimize costs, streamline processes, and ensure the timely and efficient sourcing of goods and services across our global operations. This individual will lead a team of procurement professionals, establish strong supplier relationships, and implement best practices to support the company's objectives and drive continuous improvement.
