Laser Transport International Limited is a leading provider of transport and logistics solutions. We are expanding our sales team and are looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Assistant to join us at our Hythe office.

JOB SUMMARY

This is a phone-based sales role focused on generating new business opportunities and supporting company growth. You’ll work closely with our field sales and operations teams to identify, convert, and manage new customers across multiple service areas.

• Make daily outbound calls to prospective clients using qualified sales leads
• Promote Laser’s logistics services to generate spot quotes and appointments
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
• Reactivate lapsed accounts and monitor existing customer activity
• Maintain accurate records in CRM (Salesforce)
• Collaborate with internal sales teams and managers to share updates and insights
• Support group sales initiatives and campaigns
• Follow up quotations and convert leads into new business
• Manage your own time and sales pipeline effectively
