Sourcing Execution (RFI/ RFQ) Clarify internal stakeholders’ demands and requirements and formulate these into a set of specifications for the sourcing and category management for RFIs and RFQs Engage with sourcing and category management in the shortlisting/selection of preferred suppliers Communicate results of RFQs (supplier selection) to internal stakeholders, and implement the agreements to ensure a high level of compliance using preferred suppliers Compliance Management On behalf of Procurement, support audit activities, IT system changes, training and other implementation processes. May also coordinate these activities for other countries.
