Lead the triaging, planning, tracking and reporting progress for assigned repair case work. Interface with the ASE Program Managers and Discipline Managers on schedule, budget and performance. Drive for excellence in on-time delivery. Support PW-internal and external repair businesses and/or engine centers. Identify risk and manage risk reduction efforts Drive continuous improvement activities and robust root cause investigations to ensure ASE and P&W continue to deliver world class customer and shareholder value Qualifications You Must Have: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering and minimum 5+ years of related experience or an Advanced degree and minimum 3+ years.
