Responsibilities

This role is an expert in Human Resources Management Systems (HRIS), ensuring the system meets business needs through maintenance, development, and configuration. Key responsibilities include ensuring data accuracy, implementing new functionalities, generating reports, and supporting end users.

Your role will include (but not limited to):

Customize and configure HRIS software to meet organizational needs.
Administer and maintain HRIS databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to collect and evaluate user requirements.
Participate in projects to implement new and improve existing functionality for HRIS.
Provide user support and troubleshoot technical issues related to HRIS.
Develop and conduct training sessions for users to enhance system adoption.
Generate reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Suggest and contribute ideas for improvement within the HRIS team.
