The On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role is $100,000+ annually, with no ceiling on your earning potential.   Primary Responsibilities: * Serve as the subject matter expert during customer interactions. * Use consultative selling techniques to position and present services to customers. * Develop new business through prospecting and lead generation. * Manage leads from marketing efforts and convert them into closed sales. * Build additional opportunities within existing accounts through Quarterly Business Reviews. * Develop and deliver professional proposals and quotes for clients. * Achieve activity goals, including cold calls, appointments, and proposals. * Meet or exceed assigned sales quota. * Participate in sales blitzes and company-wide initiatives. * Perform other duties as assigned.  Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent required.
