Job Responsibility : To ensure all on line product quality testing as per MTF. To ensure cleaning and sanitation (CIP) and fortnightly sanitation of line equipments. To monitor and control quality parameter of bottle washer operation as per requirement and standards of company and suppliers. To monitor and control quality parameters of filling equipment, pasteurizer & warmer. To strictly ensure the Minimum Mandate of bottle Washer, filler, pasteurizer, CO2 in line filter replacement and Date Code. To ensure that damaged / torn strainer are not in use in line and strainers are inspected periodically and are of proper screen size. To ensure the analysis of Finish product parameter within the specification as per company requirement. To ensure empty PET bottle analysis as per company specification. To ensure bottle inspector rotation and effectiveness of light inspection. On job training and evaluation of inspectors. To ensure the Package appearance of the finish product. To monitor operation and control of cabo cooler. To ensure net content compliance as per company and regulatory standard. To perform positive product release as per company requirement. To ensure the collection of shelf life sample & analysis of the same as per company requirement. Direct responsible to conduct the GVRT as per company protocol and GV retention after 48 Hr. To ensure ‘NO DATE CODE NO RUN’ policy to achieve 100% legible date code to comply legal requirement. To ensure the out of spec product hold, hold product analysis, release and tracking of the same. To ensure GMP, Housekeeping and Personal Hygiene in filling & packaging area. To maintain all the related documents & records.
