We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to help coordinate all production activities pertaining to assigned production modules in order to ensure on time delivery of products as per customer specifications. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in managing the Production process so as to ensure lines are balanced and fed, checking hourly output whilst, ensuring bottlenecks, any related issues are attended to in a timely manner in order to ensure products are delivered to the customer as per customer specifications. * Conduct meetings such as Team Leader forum to inform the allocated lines of the previous day’s performance such as efficiency, damage, stain rate etc. and identify and address issues which may be faced during the course of the current day so as to ensure a smooth production process. * Ensure availability of cut panels, fabric, accessories and inform relevant personnel of unavailability. * Ensure all operatives understand the style which incorporates quality, sewing techniques, and delivery dates etc. and coordinate with the Production Technician in order to allocate operatives to the lines and address bottlenecks. * Observe the production activities for assigned modules and suggest work improvement methods to Industrial Engineering in order to improve given SMV’s. * Monitor bundling and packing operations and ensure accurate operations as per given specifications whilst, solving issues with relevant personnel in a timely manner when required. * Participate in relevant meetings such as Pre-production, Operation meetings, first 10 pieces meeting, shipment meetings etc. and inform relevant personnel of issues faced such as efficiency, damages, runs, oil stains, approval of samples, trim cards etc. * Approve relevant documents such as incentives, Accepted Quality Level (AQL) reports, overtime, damage replacement and maintain documents such as the planning and delivery schedules for perusal in order to facilitate Production. * Establish and maintain relationships, follow Management instructions, recommend training and development programs and motivate staff etc. in order to maintain a harmonious working environment whilst also, ensuring employees are well aware of safety procedures and strict adherence in order to avoid injuries, accidents.  Knowledge and Skills: * Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Apparel Manufacturing. * 1 -2 years of experience in a similar capacity. * Good teamwork and leadership skills.
