The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the General Manager Manufacturing, this is a key leadership position responsible for driving engineering excellence across a large-scale manufacturing operation.
Leading a skilled engineering and maintenance team, you will be responsible for plant reliability, preventative maintenance strategies, capital project delivery, asset lifecycle management and continuous improvement initiatives. This role provides the opportunity to influence operational performance, embed best practice engineering standards and play a pivotal role in supporting the future growth of the business.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced engineering leader who enjoys balancing strategic planning with hands-on operational support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
About You
You are a degree-qualified engineering professional with a proven track record leading engineering and maintenance functions within a large-scale manufacturing environment.
You bring strong technical expertise, commercial acumen and a passion for continuous improvement. Equally comfortable in the boardroom and on the factory floor, you are a collaborative leader who can engage stakeholders, build capability within teams and deliver sustainable operational improvements.
Your experience includes leading preventative maintenance programs, capital project delivery, asset management and the implementation of maintenance systems that improve plant reliability and business performance.
