Il ou elle doit définir les tâches devant être réalisées par l’intermédiaire d’ordres de travail et en établir la portée en donnant divers détails, notamment en ce qui touche la répartition du travail et les activités, le degré de priorité, les pièces ou les matériaux nécessaires et les gens de métier requis. Le planificateur ou la planificatrice de l’entretien doit utiliser très fréquemment le système de gestion des biens d’entreprise et coordonner les projets d’immobilisations en cours, les tâches quotidiennes de maintenance, les tâches de remise en état et les campagnes de travail, et ce, pour veiller à ce que le flux de travail soit équilibré par rapport aux ressources disponibles. PRINCIPALES TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS : • Superviser la transposition en plans des besoins en matière d’entretien des biens, en veillant à ce que des stratégies d’entretien appropriées soient mises en place afin de respecter les niveaux de service établis pour la division de l’Infrastructure ferroviaire. • Diriger la mise en œuvre et la communication de nouvelles stratégies ou de changements concernant l’entretien. • Participer aux activités d’examen de la gestion menées par le ou la gestionnaire, Gestion des biens, et répondre aux besoins en ce qui concerne le personnel, les lacunes dans les processus et dans les données, le financement, etc. • Acquérir et maintenir un haut niveau de compétence à l’égard des modules clés du système de gestion des biens d’entreprise, notamment la gestion des biens, la gestion des travaux, les pièces et l’inventaire, ainsi que d’autres modules d’entretien pertinents. • Établir et mettre en place des plans d’entretien préventif dans le système de gestion des biens d’entreprise, y compris, mais sans s’y limiter, des plans d’entretien basés sur le temps, la recherche de pannes et l’entretien basé sur l’état, ainsi que les plans de prédictions. • Soutenir la planification des investissements dans les biens et l’établissement de prévisions à cet égard en fournissant des renseignements sur les stratégies d’entretien. • Relever et signaler les lacunes dans les données relatives à l’entretien des biens et prendre des mesures pour y remédier (p. ex. erreurs dans un élément de la liste de vérification). • Surveiller le rendement des biens afin de s’assurer que les plans et les activités d’entretien permettent d’atteindre les niveaux de service requis à l’égard des biens en question. • Exercer une surveillance, établir des prévisions quant aux travaux qui devront être réalisés et s’assurer que les ordres de travail requis sont générés, traités et mis à l’horaire. • Examiner les ordres de travail qui s’accompagnent d’une désignation en lien avec la « planification » et traiter ceux qu’il faut faire passer à l’état « en attente de mise à l’horaire » et à l’état « mis à l’horaire », selon les besoins. • Établir et maintenir des activités standards et des listes de vérification dans le système de gestion des biens d’entreprise. • Voir à la coordination requise auprès des superviseurs et superviseures pour s’assurer que les bons renseignements ont été saisis lorsque des ordres de travail d’urgence ont été exécutés. • Relever les pièces nécessaires à l’exécution des ordres de travail et voir à la planification requise à cet égard. • Examiner les changements apportés aux stratégies et aux régimes d’entretien, par exemple en ce qui touche l’entretien préventif, et prendre des décisions à ce sujet. • Recueillir la rétroaction et les commentaires des superviseurs et superviseures sur l’état d’avancement de l’entretien et des ordres de travail afin de mettre les plans à jour. • Soutenir les analyses de rentabilisation et les demandes de financement, là où il y a lieu. • Participer à l’élaboration et à la mise à jour de plans de gestion des biens et de soumissions en lien avec des plans d’immobilisations, sur demande. • Diriger la définition, l’élaboration et la mise à jour de mesures de rendement des biens et mener toutes les activités d’étalonnage de la gestion des biens. EXIGENCES : • Diplôme d’études secondaires, au minimum. • Idéalement, le ou la titulaire possédera un diplôme d’études collégiales, un autre diplôme ou un certificat de qualification dans le domaine de la mécanique et/ou de l’entretien. • 5 ans d’expérience ou plus en ce qui a trait à la gestion des installations ou à l’entretien d’ateliers industriels, ou encore dans un environnement lié aux opérations, le tout s’accompagnant de tâches directes quant aux pratiques d’entretien. • Expérience des tâches de gestion de l’entretien, y compris l’amélioration continue des pratiques d’entretien, la surveillance du rendement des biens et la mise en place de stratégies d’entretien. • Expérience en ce qui touche les systèmes de gestion des biens d’entreprise ou les systèmes de gestion centrale de la maintenance (CMMS), y compris la mise en place des mécanismes de maintenance préventive, l’évaluation et la planification des travaux, de même que l’établissement de l’horaire de ces derniers. • Bonne connaissance des applications de la suite Microsoft Office, notamment Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint et Word. • Excellentes compétences en matière de communication, en plus de savoir exercer une influence sur les membres du personnel technique de première ligne et leur faire part des modifications apportées de manière à ce qu’ils réalisent les tâches d’entretien requises. • Bonnes connaissances de base sur les principes de la gestion des biens, y compris le rôle de l’entretien et de la gestion des travaux en tant que partie intégrante du système gestion des biens. • Doit s’engager à respecter les normes de la Commission en matière de santé et de sécurité au travail.
