As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Subprime Finance Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to structure and fund deals from start to finish. Position Overview:
As our Subprime Finance Manager, you will be a key part of our finance team. You must have a deep understanding of the various programs and lenders in the space. You’ll manage the entire deal process — from structuring the deal, securing approvals, and completing paperwork, to ensuring the deal is funded correctly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of the finance process for subprime customers
  • Structure, submit, and finalize deals with appropriate subprime lenders
  • Know lender programs and guidelines inside and out to maximize approvals and gross profit
  • Maintain strong relationships with lender reps and stay updated on changing programs
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance on all contracts and documents
  • Track funding status and resolve any stips or funding delays quickly
  • Maintain a high level of detail and organization in every step of the finance process
  • Operate with a high level of proficiency in Dealertrack and CreditApp

Requirements:

  • 2–3+ years of experience in automotive finance with a strong focus on subprime
  • Deep familiarity with subprime lenders and their unique program structures
  • Proven ability to fully structure and fund subprime deals
  • High knowledge of Dealertrack and CreditApp platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and compliance-minded
  • High-level communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
