Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to use various technologies and learn new programs. Complete functions in a timely manner while maintaining accuracy. Must be able to obtain any essential licenses required by the state. Incentives: Competitive hourly base with monthly bonus structure. Manages outbound sales and collection calls. Contacts customers with past due balances to offer possible solutions and resolve delinquency. Completes full-cycle credit loan application process.
