ABOUT THE ROLE

Omni is scaling rapidly, and with growth comes complexity. We’re looking for a versatile operator to drive clarity and speed across finance, analytics, and strategy. You’ll be the glue between modeling, metrics, and execution—helping translate big ideas into results, board reports, and scalable processes.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Financial Modeling & Planning

• Build and refine forecasting models, budgets, and scenario planning
• Partner with GTM, RevOp, and other teams to develop headcount and resource plans

Analytics & Metrics Governance

• Establish a single source of truth for core SaaS metrics (iARR, NDR, GRR, and more)
• Be a power user of Omni

Business Operations & Strategic Execution

• Drive cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution
• Translate insights into operational decisions and measurable results

Leadership & Board Support

• Prepare financials and materials for board and investor audiences
• Support fundraising diligence, M&A analysis, and integration projects
