(e.g., FDCPA, TILA< FCRA, etc.). * Collaborate with teams across the organization to support strategic initiatives and projects. * Support the buildout of the company’s compliance management system. * Monitor legal developments affecting the company and provide timely, practical recommendations to address emerging risks and opportunities. * Perform other legal duties and special projects as assigned.
