This job is in New York, near Corning and Binghamton. Your goal in running the organization will be to produce high quality products, manage increased volumes, and optimize facility, equipment, and manpower performance. You will manage the performance of manufacturing, engineering, materials, quality, IT, human resources, and finance, ensuring that business and cost targets are met. Provide leadership for employee development, process ownership, and accountability. Align objectives within each function to achieve the business strategic goals.; including safety, quality, reliability, productivity, and people development.
