About the role Point is hiring a Senior Product Designer to design high-quality product experiences that support homeowners through an important financial decision. Your responsibilities Design and iterate on high-fidelity, customer-facing product experiences that help homeowners understand our products, build trust, and move forward with confidence. Manage design work independently within defined problem spaces, balancing priorities and making tradeoffs. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into shippable designs. Contribute to experimentation and iteration by designing variants and refinements informed by product data, research findings, and feedback. Prepare clear design artifacts and documentation to support implementation, including interaction details, states, and edge cases. Partner closely with engineering through implementation to review shipped work, address gaps and edge cases, and ensure design quality holds up in production. Contribute to and extend the design system by creating and refining patterns that improve consistency, efficiency, and coherence across the product.
